Robert Livingston has been with Grand Banks Yachts Ltd. for over 35 years. Under his leadership, the company has designed, developed, built and exported over 5,000 yachts to markets around the globe - boats that have stood as icons within the industry and discerning boaters everywhere.
Mr. Livingston joined Grand Banks (then American Marine Ltd.) in 1972 as its treasurer. In 1974 he relocated to Singapore, and was subsequently elected the President of the company following a management buyout in 1975. Since then he has served on the Board of Directors, and led the successful effort to take the Company public in 1987.
Mr. Livingston is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science (major in Accounting) from the Minnesota State University, USA. |

Rob Livingston was named President of Grand Banks Yachts in 2007, when he assumed the leadership of daily operations for Grand Banks. Mr. Livingston has been instrumental in helping guide Grand Banks through years of new growth and development, building new business opportunities and positioning the company for continued success.
Mr. Livingston previously served as Executive Vice President, overseeing the Company's sales and marketing operations - as well as a considerable expansion of its worldwide dealer network. He originally worked for Grand Banks from 1993 to 1995, and has also spent time with Dean Witter, Morgan Stanley, America Online and aQuantive in various investment banking and business development positions.
Mr. Livingston holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University, USA with a concentration in Marketing. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, USA with a double major in Finance and International Management.

PETER POLI Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President |

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Peter Poli leads all fiscal planning, reporting, and investor relations activities for the Company. He also plays a key role in developing and evaluating strategic business opportunities for Grand Banks Yachts. Additionally, as Executive Vice President Mr. Poli oversees the Company's Human Resources and Information Technology departments.
Prior to joining Grand Banks Mr. Poli spent twelve years in the securities business, the last three of which as the CFO for a Morgan Stanley subsidiary. He also served as the CFO of specialty retailer FTD, taking the company public in 1999. Subsequently, he became the CFO for a venture capital-backed startup in Chicago that was later sold to a competitor.

NEIL McCURDY Vice President of Sales and Service |

Neil McCurdy holds a Management Certification from the University of Washington, School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English & Communications from the University of Puget Sound, USA. He also completed one year of undergraduate studies at the University of London, United Kingdom.
He joined the Group in May 2003. In his capacity as the Vice President, Sales, he is responsible for the management of the USA and Europe sales offices which provide dealer and customer support services as well as the sales function of the Group. In his Service role, Neil is responsible for worldwide Customer Service as well as managing the development and maintenance of the company’s worldwide network of Authorized Service Centers, which are located in all Grand Banks markets.
Prior to joining the Group, he held senior positions including President and CEO of Tartan Creative Inc and Vice President Operations & General Manager of YachtWorld.com, an internet based multiple listing and sales management system for yacht brokers and dealers. He started his professional sales career in broadcast television and telecommunications. An avid yachtsman, he actively sails a wood sloop that he rebuilt and refinished himself. |
YUNG PINE "YP" WONG Chief Engineer & Plant Director, Singapore Operations |

YP Wong was a student engineer in 1971 when he joined Grand Banks Yachts (then American Marine) at the Company's original factory in Hong Kong. He subsequently became Assistant Production Engineer until that facility closed its operations in 1975. Thereafter, he held a wide range of management and executive positions in the Hong Kong boat building industry.
He re-joined Grand Banks in 1988 as Engineering Manager at the Company's Singapore factory. In his current capacity as Plant Director, he is responsible for all operations at this facility, and also serves as Chief Engineer for Grand Banks in both Singapore and Malaysia.
Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) from the Hong Kong University and a Diploma in Management Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic. |
PHIL LIN Plant Director, Malaysian Operations |

Phil Lin is responsible for the overall operations at the Company's Malaysian factory, home to the majority of Grand Banks production.
While he joined Grand Banks in this capacity in May 2005, he previously worked at Grand Banks' Singapore production facility for 18 years. He initially started as a Design Engineer at that factory and ultimately rose to the position of Plant Director, Singapore, in 1987. He was also instrumental in the establishment of the Malaysian facility in 1993.
After leaving Grand Banks in 1994, Mr. Lin created and grew a successful boat brokerage and repair firm. Thereafter, he became the Production Manager for Kristen Yachts Ltd., a manufacturer of steel-hulled yachts located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
Mr. Lin holds diplomas in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, and Business Administration in addition to a degree in Financial Management. He is also an avid yachtsman who has traveled over 6,000 nautical miles in Southeast Asia. |
BRENT PERRY Vice President of Development, Quality Assurance and Services |

Brent Perry joined Grand Banks in 2006 and is responsible for Quality Control and new Product Development. He is experienced at developing and implementing Lean Manufacturing in Boatbuilding.
Before coming to Grand Banks, Mr. Perry built both custom and production yachts in Canada, New Zealand, and the United States. He has also worked as a project manager and consultant for boatbuilding companies in developing manufacturing infrastructure and new product technologies and systems. He began his career in the yachting industry over twenty five years ago as a professional racer and delivery captain before moving into boatbuilding, and enjoys both sailing and boating as hobbies as well as a profession.
Mr. Perry holds a professional boatbuilder certificate from New Zealand, and has studied economics and statistics at the University of Ottawa. He also holds a certificate in project management from the University of Victoria. He is a member of the American society for Quality Control and the Boat Builder Advisory Group for the Landing School. |
