Grand Banks Implements Customer-Direct Sales Model

Grand Banks (North America) will now offer a
customer-direct sales model, foregoing the typical dealership experience for one
that is exclusively customer-first and run by the most experienced and qualified
yacht salespeople in the industry.
"This is a big but exciting change for us," said Dave Northrop, North American
V.P. of sales and marketing for Grand Banks and Palm Beach Yachts. "Our main
focus is supporting our customers and their needs. Especially with premium
products like Grand Banks and Palm Beach Yachts, you should expect more
from your relationship with your salesman and the company you choose to trust.

knowledge of the product-is far more valuable than a multitude of part-time

purchase of a new yacht as well as the brokerage support needed for the sale of
an old one. They are equipped to match Grand Banks and Palm Beach
customers with the information and support they need, including access to the
same channels and techniques used by typical dealers as well as many other
advantages unique to Grand Banks Yachts Brokerage.

and matching our clients with the right product, no matter what," Northrop said.

The sales and service team is designed to cater exclusively to the service needs
and ownership experience of each client-no matter where they are. Grand
Banks and Palm Beach sales offices are located in strategic regions across the
U.S. from which sales representatives can travel within their regions to anywhere
potential clients are located.
Representation in Rowayton, Conn., and Bristol, R.I., will cover the Northeast
region of clientele; Fort Lauderdale representatives are available for those in the
Southeast and Mid Atlantic; and the Holland, Mich., sales office is available for
Great Lakes and West Coast customers.
