The standard layout for the 39SX features a generous salon/helm deck on the main level, including a Stidd helm seat and corner L-settee. Further forward is a chart table with plenty of room for a companion Stidd or convertible bench seat. Access to the engine room is made through a soundproofed hatch in the cabin sole.

Below deck, the 39SX features a class-leading u-shaped dinette, spacious galley with Corian counters and a cleverly-designed head with curved shower door. Forward is a private and spacious cabin, complete with island queen berth and cedar-lined storage lockers.
